Howdy, Hermosas…

Just wanted to share this interview from Q104.3 with Shanghai Calling‘s writer/director, Daniel Hsia, and producer, Janet Yang.

The movie is playing at two theaters in NYC: Quad Cinema & Cinemart in Forest Hills.  In the Los Angeles area, Shanghai Calling is screening at TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood and Laemmle Playhouse 7 in Pasadena.  Here’s your chance to see Shanghai Calling in theaters, if you missed it during the film festival runs.

NorCal/San Francisco/Bay Area fans:  Shanghai Calling will return to the Presidio on 2/22/2013!  Be sure to check out the movie before it leaves San Francisco for good!  Don’t miss out!

If you’re unable to make it to a theater this week or next because you’re nowhere near San Francisco, Hollywood, Pasadena or NYC for the theater releases…you can still catch Shanghai Calling on VOD (videos on demand).

Thanks to Hermosa International for finding Shanghai Calling pre-orders on iTunes!  Once you watch the movie, you’ll probably want to buy the soundtrack too…it’s really good!

Shanghai Calling will be available On Demand everywhere starting Feb. 12th!  It’s the perfect Valentine’s Day movie *hint hint* *wink wink*

I hope he becomes recurring character. Man, between Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park, Ian Anthony Dale, Daniel Henney and all the rest, when this episode ofHawaii Five-0 airs, it shall be officially declared the Hottest Hour of Asian Americans on Television. I will declare it.
